Having worked with MNCs like PepsiCo, Yum Brands & Flipkart (Walmart Group), Jolly has over 16 years of experience in business consulting, strategy formulation, HR strategy, talent management, L&OD, IR, HR process and policies, and culture development.
He is currently pursuing his Entrepreneurship Coaching from Stanford.
Nithin TA
Co-founder, COO
Nithin brings over 17 years of experience in Operations, Coaching and Training, Restaurant Consulting, Strategic Planning, Brand building, and Store Management. And has worked with top organizations including Reliance Info streams, ESSAR telecom, NEXT retail, Future Learning & Development, and Yum Restaurants.
He is currently pursuing Business Management from IIM Kozhikode.

Our Story
Happymindz is led by two friends – Jolly and Nithin. After more than 15 years in the corporate world, we came back to our hometowns in Kerala, with a strong urge to be closer to our parents.
Spending time with them and recreating our personal bonds has been a journey very close to our hearts. And we wanted to bring this same sense of care and belonging to other aged parents whose kids have migrated abroad or to cities far away.
Our vision was to create a venture that would not only offer exceptional care but also serve as an extended family, providing unwavering support and companionship for ageing parents.
Along the way, we have met and interacted with exceptional people – caregivers, partners, counsellors and more – who brought in their wealth of knowledge, understanding and gentle nuances to help us create a truly cherished experience towards elder care.
